It features integrated optical diagnostics that allow for continuous monitoring of the fiber optic paths. With a floating switch contact, it provides advance warning of critical paths. This FO converter is ideal for RS-485 2-wire bus systems and supports data rates up to 500 kbps. It offers high-quality electrical isolation and can be combined with the PSI copper repeater for modular connectivity. With a wide supply voltage range of 18 V DC to 30 V DC, it also has the option for redundant power supply.
