The Vishay Ultrafast Rectifier has very low profile typical height of 0.88 mm. This rectifier uses for PFC and CRM snubber operation. The wettable flanks allows easy inspection with AOI and no X ray necessary for this rectifier. This rectifier moulding compound meets UL 94 V 0 flammability rating with MSL level 1 with LF maximum peak of 260 degree Celsius.
