The DiodesZetex MURS360 is a super-fast rectifier. The super-fast recovery time of the MURS360 makes it suitable for boost diode in discontinuous or critical mode power factor corrections. The device is also intended for use as a free-wheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications. The device has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, it is available in a completely Lead, halogen and Antimony free SMC packaging.
