Rated for 8 A, it is suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters; monitor power, TV power, DCM (Discontinuous conduction mode) for notebook PC power controller circuits; PFC (power factor correction) circuits for LED street lighting. The device has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, it is available in a completely Lead, halogen and Antimony free TO252 packaging.
