For a versatile material that provides excellent electrical insulation at a wide range of temperatures, look to this translucent silicone rubber sheet. Thanks to its insulating properties, it can be used in high-voltage circuit-breaker switches.

This silicone rubber sheet can be used at extreme temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C. With a score of 60±5 on the Shore A hardness scale, it's a rigid but flexible rubber. It also boasts a high resistance to ozone, UV light and oxidation.

As it's part of the RS PRO range, you can be sure this rubber sheet has been fully tested by engineers. It complies with Automotive Standards and flammability requirements, so it has high burn-resistance. The material is also both FDA and WRAS approved, making it suitable for use in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

This product's resistance to burning makes it suitable for installation inside vehicles. It can also be used for packaging, lighting seals and insulation.
