RS PRO Translucent Silicone Rubber Sponge Sheet, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm, -60°C to 230°C

This translucent silicone rubber sheet is suitable for high-voltage circuit-breaker switches and other applications that require excellent electrical insulation properties at a wide range of temperatures.

The rubbers sheet has a Shore A hardness rating of 60±5, making it rigid, but flexible. It can tolerate temperatures from -60°C to +230°C and is highly resistant to oxidation, UV (ultra-violet) light and ozone.

The sheet has high burn-resistance, so it meets Automotive Standards for use inside vehicles. It also has approval from both the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and the WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Service), so it's safe for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
