12mm x 36m ESD Tape

This RS PRO 12 mm x 36 m ESD (electrostatic discharge) tape is adhesive and designed for use in ESD-protected areas (EPAs).

This tape is used to protect components that are susceptible to ESD damage. You can also use the product to seal packages or to mark out EPAs so visitors and employees are aware. EPAs are controlled zones where every object, person and surface is kept at the same electrical charge, in order to reduce ESD. The tape is clear and has ESD symbols marked on it. The surface of the tape is made from conductive polypropylene that's anti-static and low charging.

The ESD-safe tape is used in any industrial or commercial setting where ESD protection is required, such as when storing sensitive equipment or components. It's manufactured to ESD20.20 and EN 61340-5-1 control standards.
