This hook & loop sanding disc is a heavy-duty non-woven abrasive pad designed for surface conditioning and metal finishing in industrial environments. It combines aluminium oxide mineral with a conformable non-woven web to perform light grinding, deburring, blending and finishing on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates while being used on grinders and Sander tools at high rotational speeds.

The disc uses aluminium oxide precision-shaped grain which provides Durable cutting action suited to metalworking and consistent performance on mixed substrates.

The centre hole fits backed pad systems and compatible retainer nuts or universal back-up pads designed for hook & loop discs to ensure secure mounting.

The conformable web removes material while reducing the risk of gouging, producing a consistent blended finish suitable for subsequent finishing operations.

It is supplied in a bulk pack of 50 to reduce downtime from frequent disc changes and support production throughput.
