This hook-and-loop sanding disc is a non-woven surface conditioning product designed for heavy-duty industrial finishing and material removal in automated and manual workflows. It combines precision-shaped abrasive mineral with a conformable web backing to perform tasks such as blending, deburring and light grinding at production speeds, while fitting hook-and-loop attachment systems used across electrical, electronics and mechanical maintenance environments.

The disc uses an aluminium oxide abrasive designed for durability and consistent cut on ferrous and mixed-metal substrates.

The conformable non-woven web backing helps distribute abrasive contact, reducing undercut and preserving component geometry during finishing.

It is intended for hook-and-loop pads and back-up holders that accept no-hole discs on standard tool interfaces.

The product is supplied in bulk as a 50-per-pack to support extended production runs and minimise downtime.

The extra coarse 80‑grit grade is aimed at heavy-duty surface conditioning where Rapid stock removal and edge shaping are required.
