The vacuum pump housing and nozzle are MADE from POM (polyoxymethylene), which is strong and resistant to wear. The silencer is MADE from robust die-cast aluminium, so it's suitable for harsh industrial environments where moisture and dirt are present. The unit also includes resilient polyurethane foam that's effective at damping high-frequency sound waves.
