From RS PRO, this preset torque driver is robust, reliable and an ideal solution for all hex driving applications. The torque value is preset to a specific torque value suitable for your needs. With a precision radial ball clutch and cam design, the preset torque driver also features a protective end cap that prevents tampering.

This preset torque setting ability doesn't just make life easier for the operator, its cam-over technology reduces the possibility of over-tightening, which can lead to damage of fasteners or surrounding panels. As such, this tool is ideal when quick and careful tightening is needed in professional applications.

Preset Torque Drivers enable any consumer to deliver the correct torque with confidence regardless of task and operator skill level. They have a bi-directional mechanism that signals when desired torque has been achieved.
