Each end has a 4-way M12 connector – one male, one female – so it's ideally suited for quickly connecting sensors to actuators. The sheath is made of polyurethane, which withstands the impacts and abrasions you'd expect in industrial automation environments. An IP57 rating means the cable is waterproof and resistant to dust and protected against small items such as wires, so it's suitable for use in contaminated conditions.

As it has four cores, this cable gives you fast and efficient data transfer without excess wiring clutter. The conductors are made from bare copper litz, which is highly conductive and has a high melting point, making it a safe bet for applications that can get overheated.
