Use this rugged sensor actuator cable from Phoenix Contact to connect actuators and sensors to I/O devices in your automated system. It's terminated with standard M12 straight male and female sockets for quick plug-and-play installation on your field devices. To ensure good signal quality transmission, its eight conductive wire cores are twisted together to prevent interruptions caused by electromagnetic interference.

The conductor cores are made from bare copper litz wire, which is a material with low resistance to current flow. This ensures you achieve reliable signal transmission. On the outside, there's a halogen-free PUR sheath that's flame retardant, so won't contribute to a workplace fire. Thanks to the sockets' wide operating temperature range between -25°C and +90°C, this sensor cable functions in harsh conditions. Its maximum DC voltage of 30V makes it ideal for low-powered to medium-powered applications.

• IP68 rating indicates it's dust-proof and resistant to immersion in water of 1.5m for 30 minutes

• 59mm bend radius for installation around bends without loss of performance

• 2A maximum current for low heat dissipation
