This ON Semiconductor 0.5A Schottky power rectifier is a power rectifier that uses Schottky barrier technology. Their barrier metal features optimal forward voltage drop-reverse current tradeoff.

This device comes in an SOD-123 plastic package. All of the external surfaces are corrosion resistant. This Compact package is suitable for automated board assembly.
