The DiodesZetex makes a single rectifier packaged in the low profile SMAF package, offering very low Forward voltage drop (VF) and excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It has a superior reverse avalanche capability, a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity, a patented Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology. It offers a soft and fast switching. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. The operating temperature range for this device is from -55°C to +150°C.
Maximum average rectified output current is 2 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 100 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 65 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.78 V
