These dedicated products are guaranteed in operation at junction temperatures from -40 °C up to +175 °C. The extension Y is used in the part number to identify the automotive version for a given rectifier. A special screening Matrix is implemented on these automotive-grade products at die and finished good levels, in order to comply with the most stringent international automotive quality requirements

The STTH30RQ06-Y has been developed to be used in application requiring a high-voltage secondary rectification for LLC Full Bridge topology. It is also suited for use in switching power supplies and automotive applications, industrial applications, as rectification, freewheeling and clamping diode
