The 7-inch KKSB Display Stand, a variant of KKSB display stands works with Raspberry Pi 4. Handling any display over 5-inch is a tough task and the chances of mishandling increase with the increase in the screen size. It mount Raspberry Pi 4 at the back of the screen.
