The Infineon evaluation board for CoolSiC™ easy1B half-bridge modules is used for enabling the evaluation of the FF11MR12W1M1_B11 and FF23MR12W1M1_B11 CoolSiC™ MOSFET modules. The evaluation board allows users to evaluate the device performance via double pulse measurements and functional tests as bidirectional buck-boost converter. The board is designed on a bidirectional buck-boost converter topology.
