The Power Integrations 200 watt 3 phase inverter uses bridge switch BLDC motor driver IC BRD1263C and link switch-TN2 LNK3204D with in field oriented control operation. Link switch device supplies the current sense amplifier and optionally provides external bias for bridge switch. Fault protection facilitated by the high level of integration of the bridge switch half bridge motor driver IC.
