The Power Integrations RDK-851 describing a 3-phase inverter reference design board based on the BridgeSwitch motor driver IC that targets high-voltage BLDC fan applications. The inverter board drives a 3-phase BLDC fan motor up to 0.22 ARMS motor current with >93% efficiency without using external heat sink.

Fully self-biased operation on the BridgeSwitch devices with an on-board external bias option
