The Vishay SFH6286 feature a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. These coupler have a GaAs infrared emitting diode, which is optically coupled to a silicon Planar phototransistor detector. The coupling device are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
