This multifunction tester is a handheld electrical instrument designed to perform a broad range of installation and diagnostic assessments for electricians and maintenance engineers. It measures voltage, frequency and phase relationships, conducts insulation and continuity checks, evaluates loop impedance and earth resistance, and runs RCD tests including automatic and ramp procedures.
