S12A/D Series Microcontroller Units

S12A/D Series are 16-bit microcontroller units (MCU) that can also Interface single 8-bit wide memory for lower cost systems. The integrated PLL circuit allows flexibility with power consumption and performance to suit the operational requirements of the user.

S12A/D microcontroller units include the standard on-chip peripherals below;
