The EPIGAP OSA Photonics High power infrared LED with epoxy lens features a 6046 footprint and dimensions of 6.0 mm length 4.6 mm width and 4.3 mm height. It is built on a ceramic circuit substrate is ROHS and REACH compliant lead free solderable and all devices are sorted into intensity classes.
