The Broadcom 650nm analog fiber optic transceiver device designed to provide system designers with the ability to implement an optical arc flash sensor over 1mm Plastic Optical Fiber (POF). The device has a very compact design with a form factor similar to the RJ-45 connector. The device features a compact and keyed Versatile-Link duplex connector and is compatible with existing simplex Versatile-Link connectors.
