RS PRO Polyester Side Drum Heating Jacket, 800 x 1950mm, 200l

RS PRO's drum heater is the ideal solution for heating products contained in standard 200 L steel drums. By warming the drum, the heater can keep oils, greases and other fluids at the correct viscosity for pouring and pumping, even in cold environments. The heater can also prevent sensitive materials from freezing.
The jacket is manufactured from polyester fabric with a flame-retardant polyurethane coating for increased safety. The internal thermal insulation layer is a stitched glass filament blanket that's resistant to heat and fraying. The internal heating element is made of resistance wire that's spiral-wound onto a glass core with silicone extruded insulation. This construction helps the heat spread evenly and safely across the jacket's surface area.
To regulate the temperature of the heating jacket, there's a built-in thermostat that's easy to adjust as needed. You can quickly fit or remove the jacket thanks to its quick-release buckles.
