RS PRO 9 Way Right Angle Through Hole D-sub Connector Plug, 2.77mm Pitch, with 4-40 UNC, Threaded Insert

This RS PRO through hole D-Sub connector plug is used to link electrical connections on circuit boards. It has a right-angle design with a solder bucket connection.

Ths female plug has nine brass contacts that are plated in gold to reliably conduct your signal. A steel shell is tin-plated and housed in PET (polyethylene terephthalate) to shield your connection from external electrical interference. This D-Sub connector plug has a 5 A current rating and a 350 V working voltage and can handle a contact resistance up to 30 mΩ. It can be mounted and kept in place through its 4-40 UNC (unified coarse thread) inserts.

Its IDC (insulation displacement contact) type means this connector is designed to connect with an insulated or ribbon cable. This style of connector is often used in military and industrial applications.
