The CONEC D-Sub Male 90° 9 to 37pos 0.318 inch with threaded insert, metal bracket, and snap features contacts made from copper alloy with gold flash plating over nickel. The metal brackets are zinc die-cast, with a minimum 300μ inch copper, 40 to 120μ inch nickel, and 120 to 200μ inch tin. The threaded inserts are copper alloy, with a minimum 200μ inch tin over 80μ inch nickel. The fixing plate is made from PBT GF UL 94 V-0 in black. The PCB hole drillings are provided on sheet 2. The maximum torque value for the thread is 6 in.lb.
