The CONEC D-Sub combination female 90° features high-power contacts rated for 20A, made from copper alloy with 30μin hard gold plating over a minimum of 50μin nickel. The male contact is positioned at A1, and the female contact is at A2. The metal bracket is made from die-casting with a minimum of 320μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The threaded insert is made of copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The PCB-snap is made from copper alloy with a minimum of 200μin tin plating over 80μin nickel. The PCB hole is 3.1±0.1mm with a PCB thickness of 1.6mm. The maximum torque value for the thread is 6 in.LB.
