Schneider Electric Contactor Latching Block for use with LC1 Series, 110 → 127 V dc/ac

On coil energisation the mechanical latch is engaged & holds the armature closed.This feature enables the contactors state to be maintained when re-starting after an interrupted cycle & allows power consumption reduction by enabling de-energisation of the contactor coil.

The unlatch coil & the contactor or relay must not be energised simultaneously. Maximum on time is 30 seconds (not continuously rated). Maximum operation frequency is 36 per hour.

TeSys Deca mechanical latch block, for LC1D09-D80A, LC1DT20-DT80A contactors and CAD control relays (except devices with low consumption coils). Electrical latching and unlatching is performed applying a 110-127V control voltage pulse (> 100ms in AC, 250ms in DC). Unlatching can be manually operated. Clip-on mounting on front of contactor, connection by screw terminals. For applications with high operating rates until 1200 cycles/hour.
