The TE Connectivity Common mode choke is primarily used to filter emi noise on an ac power line up to 600 vac. emi noise from electronic equipment can disturb the proper functioning of other devices, such as communication equipment or control logic in robotics. noise generated by switched power electronics or high slew rates of controllers needs to be filtered. rt common-mode chokes suppress emi noise in pcb integrated filter designs with a line bypass capacitor or in combination with a single-phase filter for extra low leakage designs.
