Ensure your cable gland is held securely in place with the help of this cable gland locknut from LAPP. You can use it with boreholes that don't have threads to add mechanical stability to your cable assembly. The unit makes it easy to terminate your cable to panels or junction boxes, for quick and uncomplicated installation. It incorporates a supporting surface for spanners, so there's little chance of scratching your housing during assembly.

Yes, as it's made from PA plastic, it resists the weathering effects of UV light.

SKINTOP GMP-GL-M Locknuts

From Lapp, the Skintop GMP-GL-M series of lock nuts are for use with corresponding plastic Skintop cable glands. They lock the glands into boreholes that don’t have threads, for added mechanical stability where it counts.

The lock nuts have a robust fibre-glass re-enforced body, with a supporting surface for a spanner that helps prevent scratching and damage to the housing during assembly. For a secure and easy connection suitable for demanding environments, these lock nuts are essential.
