These wheels come in three standard grit sizes – P40 for the quick removal of unwanted material, P80 for surface preparation and P120 for your fine finishing tasks.
The grit is made from strong aluminium oxide for a good level of abrasion. The durability of this material also means these flap wheels provide an excellent wear rate over a large surface area.
Use these flap wheels to speed up jobs such as removing rust from iron or deburring mild steel. They're particularly useful for grinding or sanding in awkward spaces such as uneven surfaces and the insides of pipes.
