It uses a J-weight cloth backing which combines wear resistance with the flexibility needed for contour sanding.

The multi-hole pattern is designed to work with vacuum-backed pads to extract dust and reduce loading when paired with an extraction system.

The precision-shaped grain continually fractures to expose Sharp cutting edges, improving performance on metals, woods and composites during heavy removal.

An anti-static treatment neutralises the static generated by sanding, reducing clinging swarf on the disc, workpiece and equipment.

A hook-on adhesive-backed PSA system enables fast fitting and replacement of the self-adhesive 150mm disc.
