This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a fast-cutting abrasive engineered for heavy stock removal and finishing across woods, metals and composites. It combines precision-shaped grain mineral with a Durable cotton cloth backing and an adhesive hook-and-loop compatible attachment to support efficient sanding workflows when paired with a vacuum-equipped random orbital sander.

It is built on a cloth backing designed for wear resistance and flexibility and uses an adhesive-backed/PSA Interface compatible with hook‑it‑style backup pads for Rapid disc changes.

The product features an anti-static treatment and a multi-hole extraction pattern intended to work with an effective dust collection system to prevent loading and reduce airborne swarf.

The shaped mineral grain targets aluminium, metals, fibreglass, gelcoat, hardwoods, softwoods and composite substrates where fast cutting and extended disc life are required.

As the grain wears it fractures to create new cutting edges, maintaining cutting performance and consistent removal rates over prolonged use.
