3M Ceramic Adhesive-Backed/PSA Sanding Disc Abrasive Disc, 76.2 mm, 320+ Grade, 50 Grit

This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general sanding, stock removal, surface preparation and intermediate-to-finish sanding across multiple substrates. It combines a blend of aluminium oxide with precision-shaped ceramic grain to deliver controlled cutting performance while allowing dust extraction when used with a compatible support pad and vacuum system.

Store in the original packaging at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity and use stock on a first-in, first-out basis to avoid shortened shelf life.

The abrasive is applied to a net backing with integrated loops that mate with a Hookit™ hook-and-loop pad for quick, alignment-free swaps.

It is formulated for primer, paint, lacquer, sealer, fillers, gelcoat, composites, whitewood and metals to suit mixed-material manufacturing environments.

The patterned coating is arranged to balance cutting action, finish quality and minimise loading during continuous use.
