This grinding disc is designed for surface conditioning and finishing of metal components within industrial settings. It combines precision-shaped abrasive grain with a non-woven web to clean and refine stainless steel and other metals without altering component geometry. Supplied in bright colour and packaged for multi-unit use, it is intended for low-pressure hand or machine-operated finishing tasks in production and maintenance environments.

The disc accepts common quick-change attachment systems via its 22.23mm central bore and is compatible with hook-and-loop or Roloc-style adaptors when used with appropriate backing pads.

The combination of shaped grain and non-woven web reduces glazing and maintains cut performance, extending usable life compared with conventional non-shaped abrasives under similar operating speeds.

Do not exceed the maximum safe operating speed of 8600 r/min and use suitable guards and personal protective equipment during all grinding and polishing tasks.

Supplied as 25 per pack to simplify stock control and ensure a steady supply for repetitive or batch finishing operations.
