This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general sanding, stock removal and surface preparation across multiple substrates. It combines a precision-shaped ceramic blend with aluminium oxide to provide a balance of cut rate and finish while allowing dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system. The hook-and-loop compatible loop integration permits Rapid disc changes without hole alignment.

A blend of aluminium oxide and a proprietary precision-shaped ceramic grain is resin-bonded in a patterned coating to balance cut and finish.

The open net structure permits dust extraction through the disc when paired with a supporting tool and vacuum, reducing airborne particulates at source.

Maximum orbits per minute vary by disc diameter and should be observed according to the backing pad and tool rating for each size.

Store in its original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in to first-out basis to preserve shelf life.
