The Microchip MIC2951-03YM-TR is a "bulletproof" micro power voltage regulators with very low dropout voltage 600mV at maximum current 150mA.The quiescent current of the MIC2951-03YM-TR increases only slightly in dropout, thus prolonging battery life. It offer lower dropout, lower quiescent current, reverse battery protection, and automotive load dump protection. The low drop out regulator MIC2951-03YM-TR consist 8 pin SOIC package.
