SMC for use with ZK2 Series Vacuum Ejectors Vacuum Generator

This Compact vacuum generator provides a self-contained solution for creating and controlling vacuum in automation systems. It integrates a two-stage ejector and pilot‑operated valves to generate suction for handling tasks while accepting a 12 to 24VDC supply. The unit is intended for inline use with ZK2 series vacuum ejectors and suits environments requiring a small silenced exhaust and straightforward electrical connection.

The pressure sensor uses an L‑type plug connector with a lead wire and provides an analogue 1 to 5V output while operating from 12 to 24VDC ±10% with ≤10% ripple.

A built‑in suction filter with a 30 μm nominal rating and a 510mm² filtration area protects the sensing and ejector passages from debris.

Both supply and release valves are normally closed, pilot‑operated poppet style, rated for 24VDC Coil voltage and consuming 0.4 W.

The sensor may be stored between −20 and 70°C and operated within 35 to 85% RH without condensation

The unit is specified to tolerate vibration up to 30 m/s² and shocks up to 150 m/s² for industrial mounting conditions.
