Use this RS PRO adapter to plug a USB A connector into your laptop's USB C port. It features a male USB C connector that links to your smartphone or tablet and a female USB A port for connecting your peripheral devices.

The cable has USB A 3.0 and USB C 3.1 connectors that support a 5 gigabits per second (Gbps) data transfer rate for rapid uploading and downloading. A 5.1 KΩ resistor prevents connected devices from overpowering. The cable has protective aluminium braiding and a foil shield, as well as strain relief at each end, for added durability.

This adapter is useful for connecting equipment such as ultrabook laptops and smart devices to older peripherals that use USB A technology.
