Knipex Precision Tweezers
The Knipex Precision Tweezers have an overall length of 115mm.
Features and benefits :
ESD tweezers are made of 30% carbon fibre-reinforced plastic, are electrically and thermally highly conductive and feature high abrasion and scratch resistance
Straight shape
Width of tips (A): 0.5mm
Width of tips (B): 0.3mm
Width of spikes (C): 9.5mm
ESD versions only: with a surface resistance between 10^2 and 10^4 ohms to compensate in a controlled way for potential differences between the operator and the electronic components
ESD plastic tweezers are temperature-stable up to 130°C, short-term use is possible up to 190°C
Extremely flexible
Resistant to fatigue, vibration and water
Good chemical resistance to most oils, greases, fuels and non-polar solvents
Applications :
Handling of sensitive electronic components, micromechanical parts, and glass and ceramic components
