RS PRO JIS Type K Brake Pad Thermocouple (6mm)


A reliable and hardwearing Type K JIS thermocouple designed for the accurate temperature monitoring of brake pads. Comprising of a with a Glassfibre insulated Stainless Steel braided cable with a measuring tip sealed in Fortafix high temperature Ceramic paste for a secure hold.

Designed to be embedded directly into pads being measured providing a fast response time and accurate measurements up to temperatures up to 400°C.

Built for accuracy the Type K brake pad thermocouple features a grounded junction increasing measurement stability and accuracy, and the Glassfibre Stainless Steel braided cable protects against wearing and mechanical stresses, and features excellent heat and thermal resistance.

A hardwearing, reliable and accurate brake pad Type K thermocouple suitable for harsh industrial environments.
