The Fischer Elektronik Kapton Insulator Washers for Semiconductors are made from polyimide carrier foil, featuring a silicone-free phase-changing thermal conductive layer that is completely coated on both sides. These washers provide excellent thermal conductivity and insulation for semiconductor applications. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, ensuring reliable performance in high-temperature environments while preventing thermal damage to sensitive components.
