1-Form-A Enhanced Isolation OptoMOS Relay, PLA


The PLA171 uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to offer a high 5000 Vrms input-to-output isolation. It features a unique design with 7mm of space between the input and output pins. It is single pole with normally open (1-Form)A) contacts.

It is ideally suited to replace electromechanically relays and also has a higher degree of reliability. It is compact and provides bounce-free switching.
