1-Form-A OptoMOS DC Power SIP Relay, CPC

This single pole miniature solid state relays has a normally open (1-Form-A) contact. It is manufactured in a 4-pin power SIP package. They have an input output isolation barrier rated to 2500 Vrms. The outputs have been constructed from efficient MOSFET switches and the well-known OptoMos architecture. The input is an efficient GaAlAS infrared LED which controls the optically coupled output.

With a low on-resistance and a high load current rating these units are suitable for a wide variety of applications, including those requiring high performance switching.
