Panasonic AQY Series Solid State Relay, 1 A Load, Surface Mount, 30 V ac/dc Load

The Panasonic's PhotoMOS relays are mosfet-enabled solid-state relays that feature low off-state leakage current and stable on-resistance over the component lifetime. These relays offer low CxR values, high optical isolation between input and output, and DC, as well as AC/DC load ratings. Features include high switching speed, long operational life, and high vibration and shock resistance with no arcing, bounce, or switching noise. The operating voltage and current for this relay is 30 V and 1000 mA respectively.
