The Broadcom ASSR series is a high-voltage solid state relay that is designed for high voltage industrial applications. It consists of an AlGaAs infrared light-emitting diode input stage optically coupled to a high-voltage output detector circuit. The detector consists of a high-speed photovoltaic diode array and driver circuitry to switch on/off two discrete high-voltage MOSFETs.

Operating temperature range from -40°C to +110°C
Creepage and clearance ≥ 8 mm
