RS PRO Male DB25 to Female DB25 Serial Cable Assembly, 3 m


This male-to-female serial cable assembly from RS PRO allows you to install both a D-sub plug and socket in your electronic device, giving you more versatile connectivity. The 3 m ribbon length has a plug on one end and a socket on the other and is large enough to suit large pieces of equipment.

You can bend and stretch the flexible ribbon to fit awkward designs or work areas. The black polyester (PET) moulding material on the plug and socket provides durability and strength at the connection points. They're further protected by a metal outer shell that has screw terminals for fixing the terminals in place.

The contacts are gold plated to prevent corrosion and rust moisture, ensuring a long product life. Ribbon cables like this are commonly used in telecommunications, networking and other wire-to-board applications.
