The Okdo reed switch sensor mainly consists of a reed switch. Its working principle is that the applied magnetic field make the reed magnetized to resemble the function of the switch. Yet, the reed switch is the contact switch with short life expectancy. It gets damaged easily in the shipping process.

Compatible with RJ11 6P6C OKdo TelePort Control boards and expansion shields
The tiny reed switch behaves as a switch but instead of pushing the button it is operated withamagnet
